Rates

Land’s End require’s a three night minimum.   Our daily tariff for the property which accommodates 2- 20 people includes:
·        Transfers to and from Adirondack Regional Airport
·        Full breakfast
·        3 Course dinner
·        Daily Housekeeping
·        Fresh cut flowers and fruit
·        Beverage refreshments including a complimentary bottle of wine
·        Local telephone calls
·        Wireless internet access
·        Use of all facilities, equipment and grounds.

Daily Rental - $4500.00
Weekly Rental - $25,000.00

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
No smoking or pets.

Service Charge

In addition to the daily and weekly tariff is a 15% service charge.

Deposits

To confirm a reservation a 50% deposit (not including taxes) is required at the time of booking with the remaining deposit due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If your remaining deposit has not been received by that date, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded as we will have turned away many other potential guests. If there are fewer than 30 days remaining before your stay, the full 100% deposit (not including taxes) is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $500 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
